We keep up an on-going, independent research program in the industries in which we specialize. We maintain files on key products and markets as well as on the business models, policies, procedures, processes, programs, systems, and technologies that underlie successful approaches to the marketplace. We maintain an extensive network of industry contacts that we are able to contact on short notice for expert opinion and advice.

Our approach can include a rapid baseline study to validate or illuminate certain aspects of an existing program we have been asked to improve. Our existing research base makes this a highly efficient and effective process. This preliminary work is useful in focusing our efforts on the areas most in need of change and offering the greatest return on investment to our clients. The sharpening of focus can significantly shorten the time to achieving the benefits of our final recommendations. Our industry background allows us to subject our own analysis and recommendations to the harsh light of reality before they are implemented.
